Hindu Need More Rational Thinking

So far majority of Indians have welcomed technology but they have not adapted to reason and scientific way.  Reason is painful, it flings in the face of habits and ego. If we just be reasonable and honest with ourselves, India will be vibrant. Reason takes years to get acceptance. Europe saw renaissance 400 years ago, still they fought two world wars and made some of the biggest blunders. In 21st century majority of population in west doesn't know how to think. It is not part of curriculum anywhere. The best thing which every good willing human can do is to speak reason, pass the reason to others. Once somebody learns to reason he/she can solve most of the problems himself if not all.

India was golden bird because our ancestors were more reasonable than other tribes of the world, half reason brought luxury and dogma. We lost to Muslim invaders. First we must take both Vedas and science seriously. Then we must accept that Vedas and scriptures are not divine and doesn't contain all the knowledge, we must evolve in our culture. Only reason Hindu-Buddhist culture will survive longer (before it merges into single human identity as sought by sages) than Islam or Christianity is room for reason and adapting to new information. We adapted to Buddha, Kabir, ten Gurus of Punjab, Swami Vivekanand. We did not fix it to one person wisdom who lived ten thousand year ago, we evolved all the time. When we write motivation letter for job every next time we write it better and better, if we write once and don't revise then are doomed. If Europeans have been satisfied with lollypop of Bible, they would never have discovered the modern science. I am not comparing bible with Vedas, In-fact ancient Indians were very advanced in their understanding of human psychology which is origin of most human problems, but we must accept there is scope for improvement. Lollypop satisfaction can spoil the brightest student. If we had worked and questioned every smallest thing honestly in last 60 years, we would have been the best, we would have set example for entire world.

There is no limit to human achievement and en-devour, future will bring much better thinkers than we have seen, this is natural if one understands flow of  time and evolution works. We must accept that Bharat can become wishwa guru only if we produce people with best reasoning ability and character.

1. Arabs are getting civilized. The quantum of educated and peaceful among arabs is much much higher than Indian Muslims. So even when Arabs settled outside, wont care about jihad, Arab supremacy. One day all this is going to end.
