Only Hindus Hang in India, Others Get Away For The Same Crime

For the exact same Crime, Hindus hang, while Moslems, Xtians get lenient sentences ! Statistics suggest so.

Western Uttar Pradesh alone has witnessed hundreds of cases of rape by Muslims. Many instances of dalit minor girls below 5 being raped by Muslims in western UP.

Nirbhaya Case

While four Hindu rapists got death penalty in Nirbhaya case, Mohammed Afroze got free. In Nirbhaya rape case Mohammed Afroj the main rapist got scott free.  He raped her 3 times, inserted a iron rod in her private part & escaped just because he was a Muslim.

Mohammad Afroz was the main murderer and took intestines out with hand and tried to overrun Nibhayas, as per the victim's friend and prime witness.

First media never named his real name but put Raju in news.
Bone test for real age was refused and an age certificate from UP madrasa was accepted (most likely it was fabricated under pressure from secular NGOs to save a Muslim). Why so much effort to save him?

Remember the same lawyer Vrind Grover and Nina Nayak (often talking about girl safety on news channels), both AAP members who signed mercy petition for Azmal Kasab (2008 Mumbai blast case), she fought case for Mohammed Afroz, where does he get money from to get these high profile lawyers? Same people asked clemency for Afzal Guru in Parliament attack case.

Previous record also shows only Hindus hang. First no cases are filed against Muslim rapists under political pressure. All Muslim goons have connection to Muslim leaders who call shots with prominent CM in the state in no BJP states. If a case is filed still the witness live in fear, media doesn't cover and NGOs intimidate. Then judges take the role and act biased, only in case of rapist being Hindu do they act. 

Other Rape Instances

Dhananjoy Chatterjee from Kolkata was hanged in 2008 for rape and murder.

On  August 9, 2012, 25-year-old lawyer and national level swimmer Pallavi Purkayastha was murdered in her 16th floor "Himalayan Heights" apartment in Wadala in central Mumbai. But, convict Sajjad Ahmad Moghul got only life sentence raping and killing  . He cut her trachea so that she could not speak, shout or weep. The postmortem showed that she had over 16 injuries.

 20-year-old Qasim Yusuf Khan, a married man and a tailor, raped and killed 12 year old Hindu Girl in Shivaji Nagar Police station area of Govandi, Mumbai. He had intercourse with her dead body also several times.

In Soumya murder and rape case Charlie Thomas was only given life imprisonment.

Way before militancy started in Kashmir, In 1967 minor girl Parmeshwari Handoo, (she was daughter of a widow) who was working as a sales girl in a departmental store in Srinagar was abducted by her colleague Ghulam Rasool Khan with the connivance of the General Manager Mir Qasba and then forcibly converted. When Hindus lead by Pandit K.L. Moza protested, seven Hindus were killed. Many houses and shops were burned. No case filed. Girl was not recovered.

Other  Crimes

Chandrabhan Sanap was given death sentence for murder of Esther Anuhya. It was considered rarest of rare case.

Shahabuddin doused two sons of Chandrasekhar Prasad with acid, third shot dead while on his way to court. But this was not considered rarest of rare case. Will Shahabuddin hang for having committed Hundreds of MURDERS, or are all "Mohammads" automatically exempt from being hanged, in Bharat ?
