If Indian Muslims felt unsafe in India, they would not stay here after creating Pakistan. In UK Muslims riot, Hindus don't. In France Muslims riot, Hindus don't. In Sweden Muslims riot, Hindus don't. In Canada Muslims riot, Hindus don't. In Germany Muslims riot, Hindus don't. In Bangladesh Muslims riot, Hindus don't. In Pakistan Muslims riot, Hindus don't.

Sangh or Godse were not born then. 1906 Muslim League is created, 1909 Prominent Muslim leaders (35 listed below) went to Lord Minto to ask for separate electorate, in lieu of support to British Crown. Congress accepted it in 1916. Separate electorate led to Partition of India.

Nations make constitution, constitution doesnot make nation. 

Why they did not take SC ST in Pakistan? Why they wiped them? Most converts to Islam were not SC ST. It shows that casteism is just an excuse of Muslims to rule India. They themselves practice racism. 

India is union of states, then those states are union of districts.
